Heart Diseases

    Saffron tea’s daily consumption is excellent for treating heart issues, gas, and stomach ulcers. 

    You Will Need:
    a) 3 saffron strands
    b) 1 cup water
    c) Cinnamon (optional)

    Steps:

    a) Steep saffron strands in 1 cup warm water.
    b) Do this for nearly 20 to 25 minutes.
    Note: you can also add cinnamon in it for enhanced taste.
    c) Steep the solution and cool it down.
    d) Drink this saffron tea two times daily.

    Diabetes

    You Will Need:

    a) 1/2 tbsp clarified butter
    b) 1 tbsp saffron powder

    Steps:

    a) Take a mix of saffron and clarified butter.
    b) Consume it daily.

    Insomnia

    You Will Need:

    a)  6 to 8 saffron strands
    b) 1/2 cup water

    Steps:

    a) Make an infusion using saffron strands by steeping it in water.
    b) Drink this mixture to heal gas, insomnia, and Colic.

    You Will Need:

    a) 1 tsp raw honey
    b) 3 saffron strands
    c) 1 cup hot milk

    a) Add saffron strands in hot milk.
    b) Now add honey to it and mix them well.

    Urine Retention

    You Will Need:

    a) 2 saffron strands
    b)  1 tbsp honey
    c) 1 tsp honey

    Steps:

    a) Take saffron strands and put them in the water.
    b) Leave it overnight and add honey to it the next morning.
    c) Mix it well and drink this water.
    d) Do this process daily.

    Inflammation Gums

    You Will Need:
    a)  1/2 tsp honey
    b)  1 tbsp saffron powder

    a) Take a saffron powder and add honey to it.
    b) Mix it well and softly massage this over affected gums for 15 minutes.
    c) Do this every day till it disappears.

    a) 1 tsp honey

    d) Finally, take it and consume this daily.

    Cures Fatigue

    You Will Need:

    a) Saffron stigmas
    b) 1 cup vegetable oil

    Steps:

    a) Prepare tincture by adding saffron to vegetable oil
    b) Now drink two drops of this solution there to four times a day.

    Cold and Congestion

    Steps:
     
    a) 1/2 tsp saffron
    b) Hot milk

    Steps:

    a) Combine saffron in hot milk.
    b) Now apply this over your forehead, nose, and temples.

    Treat Premenstrual Syndrome

    Saffron benefits also include lowering the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome such as bloating, abdominal cramps, and irritability.

    You Will Need:

    a) 1 tsp saffron
    b) 1/4 cup water

    Steps:

    a) Boil saffron in water till you get almost 1 tbsp.
    b) Now divide this into three equal portions and drink each part combined with equal amounts of water.

    You Will Need:

    a) 1/8 tsp saffron powder
    b) 1 cup milk

    Steps:

    a) Mix the saffron powder in 1 cup milk.
    b) Consume this homemade drink twice a day.

    Erectile Dysfunction and Low Sperm Count

    Steps:

    a) 5 or 6 blanched almonds
    b) Clarified butter
    c) Milk
    d) Saffron

    Steps:

    a) Crush all of the above with milk and saffron.
    b) Consume this paste in the night before sleeping.

    Gout and Leukemia

    Tip: Consume meadow saffron in this diluted form.

    Asthma

    Saffron lowers the inflammation in the lungs thereby making more air make its way through the lungs. It results in normal breathing and also asthma attacks.

    Tip: Drink several cups of saffron tea for a few days to lower the risk of asthma attack.

    CAUTION: 

    Avoid this during the early stages of pregnancy as it can cause uterine contractions and induce labor. But a pregnant lady can take a pinch of saffron mixed in half a cup of milk.
