Massage

Tip 1: Wheat Germ Oil + Apricot

You Will Need:

a) Wheat germ oil
b) Apricot

Steps:

a) Combine the two in equal quantities for massage.

Tip 2: Camphor Oil+ Olive Oil

You Will Need:

a) 2 tbsp olive oil
b) A few drops of camphor oil

Steps:

a) Combine the two oils and massage them on the affected breast.
b) Do this two or three times every day to get relief from infection.

Echinacea

Tip 1: 

You Will Need:

a) Echinacea tincture 

Steps:

a) Take the tincture and then apply it to the infected breast areas.
b) Do this treatment four to five times a week.

Tip 2:

You Will Need:

a) Echinacea tincture
b) 1 glass of water

Steps:

a) Take 3 or 4 drops of tincture and add it to a glass of water.
b) Consume it thrice a day every day.
c) You will notice the results after one week.

Garlic

Tip 1:

Take two cloves of garlic on an empty stomach.

Tip 2:

You Will Need:

a) Garlic juice
b) 1 glass of plain water or orange juice

Steps:

a) Add garlic juice to the orange juice or plain water.
b) Consume it daily for one week.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Tip 1:

You Will Need:

a) 1 part cider vinegar
b) 2 parts hot water

Steps:

a) Combine hot water with apple cider vinegar.
b) Soak one cotton ball in it and dab it over the affected breast.
c) Leave it for fifteen minutes and wash it with fresh water.

Tip 2:

You Will Need:

a) 1 tbsp cider vinegar
b) Honey

Steps:

a) Mix honey with vinegar and drink it thrice a day every day.
b) Do this for at least two weeks.

Cabbage Leaves

You Will Need:

a) Cabbage leaves

Steps:

a) Put the cabbage leaves in the fridge for at least 1/2 hr.
b) Place it on your breasts and keep it until it gets cooled down to room temperature.
c) Do this three times every day with a new leaf.

Fenugreek Seeds

Tip 1:

You Will Need:

a) 1 cup water
b) 4 tbsp fenugreek seeds

Steps:

a) Put fenugreek seeds in a cup of water.
b) Soak it overnight and grind it to make a paste the next morning.
c) Wrap the paste in a clean cloth and then place it in the microwave to make it warm.
d) Apply the hot compress to the affected breast.
e) Do this two or three times a day for one week.

Tip2:

Drink 2 or 3 cups of fenugreek seeds every day.

Calendula

You Will Need:

a) Calendula flowers
b) Comfrey leaves

Steps:

a) Mash a few comfrey leaves and Calendula flowers to make a paste.
b) Put the paste in the microwave to make it slightly hot.
c) Apply this to the infected breast.

d) Leave it for about fifteen minutes and rinse it with lukewarm water.
e) Do this for three or four times a day.

Tip 2:

Massage Calendula ointment to the inflamed breast a few times a day.

Note: After breastfeeding, wash the breast with lukewarm water.

Aloe Vera

You Will Need:

a) 1 aloe vera leaf

Steps:
a) Cut one aloe leaf and scoop out the gel.
b) Spread the gel over the infected breast.
c) Dry it and rinse it with lukewarm water.
d) Do this a couple of times for a few days.

Potato

You Will Need:

a) 1 potato
b) Water

Steps:

a) Cut one potato into thin tiny slices.
b) Put it in water for about 20 minutes.
c) Apply this to the affected breast and leave it for twenty minutes.
d) Eliminate the old ones and use new slices.
e) Repeat this thrice for about one hour daily.

Saline Rinse

You Will Need:

a) 1 tsp salt
b) 8 ounces water

Steps:

a) Add salt to water and use this as a rinse for your nipples.

Honey

Tip 1:

Consume 2 or 3 tbsp honey a few times a day every day to get rid of the pain, swelling, and inflammation due to mastitis infection.

Milk

Tip:

a) Apply the milk topically near your breast. 
b) Rub them to prevent mastitis infection.

Coconut oil/Lavender Oil/Tea Tree oil

Tip 1: 
Steps:

a) Apply a few drops of coconut/Lavender Oil/Tea Tree oil to the affected breast areas.
b) Massage them lightly and wash them in water.

Consume four tbsp coconut oil every day.

Pineapple

Grapefruit

a) Peel the grapefruits, mandarins, oranges, and lemons.
